Poor excuse for a realestate agent, was not helpful at all as a first time purchaser. Hand over was a nightmare Brendan was full of excuses to why the property was in such a poor state at handover as well as possibly colluding with the seller to then hide a leaking shower that surfaced only 2 weeks after moving in.
