Happy with service provided by McConnell first national in selling my 1st home. Communication was open and staff approachable, friendly, honest and available to discuss any issues throughout the process - if not there when I rang, they were usually prompt in responding. At first I dealt mainly with Brendan, and then toward the end of the process, with Darryl. I was pleased with the advertising and open house days, giving potential purchasers a chance to look at the property. My house was on the market for just over 6 months - and I would say the only downside to the whole process was probably pricing the house too high in the first instance. However, this was a chance to take and in the current market, the end result was a suitable outcome, after some negotiation with the purchaser. I would recommend using McConnell First National in future.
