For example, given we lived 40 mins away from the purchase he was only too happy to duck over to the house and do any measuring we needed. He is very genuine and works hard for both sides of the equation in a sale. As we’re new to the area he and his colleagues gave us a great deal of information to help us settle in and feel welcome. Also, given his previous experience in the golf industry, he also has some great advice about lawn maintenance!
