Brendon was personable, full of local knowledge and keen to assist during what proved to be a prolonged and challenging settlement. He was attentive to our needs and went out of his way to offer help wherever he was able. For example, given we lived 40 mins away from the purchase he was only too happy to duck over to the house and do any measuring we needed. He is very genuine and works hard for both sides of the equation in a sale. As we’re new to the area he and his colleagues gave us a great deal of information to help us settle in and feel welcome. Also, given his previous experience in the golf industry, he also has some great advice about lawn maintenance! Would not hesitate to recommend Brendon to anyone looking for a home in the lower Blue Mountains area.
