About Brendon

Growing up in the Hunter Valley, Brendon kick started his career as a leasing consultant at LJ Hooker Muswellbrook wanting to continue with the LJ Hooker Brand whilst staying in the hunter, Brendon made the decision to move to Cessnock to work with an award winning team and in particular to take on a new role as The Buyers Manager to Bryce Gibson. Brendon is very passionate about Real-estate, Now with nearly 3 years’ experience in the industry, Brendon has developed great communication skills and relationship building skills that make him very approachable, which makes the process of finding your next home an easy and comfortable process. In his spare time, Brendon enjoys getting out doors, playing sports and spending time with his young family. In 2016, Brendon’s AFL team the Muswellbrook cats, won the minor premiership going undefeated for the season, Brendon’s main position for the season was the ruckman for the team, sometimes switching out to centre half back. Brendon is very proud and passionate about his footy, he believes the team’s success for the season was based on the dedication and commitment given from the team, “we were like one big family” he said, everyone turned up to training as much as we could and we gave 100%, we may not have the best skills and may not have been the fittest team in the comp, but we supported each other, we worked as a team and most importantly we communicated, I believe this is what got us across the line. Brendon likes to keep this mentality off the field, bringing in to the workforce, he says “our team here at LJ Hooker are much like the football team, we are like a big family, who support each other and are great communicators, I believe this is why our team is so successful and I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together in the years to come”. Off the field, Brendon has a small family of his own, which is slowing growing as he and his fiancée have just had their first son. Zavier is the first of many Brendon hopes, growing up in a big family, Brendon would also like to one day have a big family himself. But large family’s mean more mouths to feed which does not come cheap, so with that in mind, Brendon continuously pushes himself as an agent, he is always looking for areas of growth, learning something new every day so he can be better today than he was yesterday, hoping this will lead him to a long and successful career.

Good listener, good communicator and very dependable

Looking after the buyer and the seller can sometimes be a bit of a balancing act but Brendon has managed it perfectly. He is easy to talk to, easy to contact and thoroughly dependable. He has repeatedly gone out of his way for us. I highly recommend him whether you're buying or selling.

Brilliant Agent

The best result we could have asked for!

Brendon had our house on the market and contracts exchanged all within 10 days. He was friendly, personable and always kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. For our convenience, he always came to us and it was always nice to open the door to a friendly smile. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. If we ever sell in the future we will definitely be going through Brendon again.

A Massive result
