Chilli was a clear standout from the word go and we knew immediately she was the right choice for us. Chilli arrived already prepared with a portfolio of comparable and prices of recent past sales around the area within an hour an a half of our first phone call to her. She was keen, interested and compassionate, as she was also very aware that this was a difficult and reluctant sale for us. Her communication was amazing, with many of her phone calls to update us being in the evenings and on the weekend - outside her normal work hours! The sale price she achieved for us was almost spot on with our expectations and the sale was also within the short time frame that we had hoped to sell in. Heath is a very down to earth approachable agent. He provides facts and doesn’t feed you the standard brochure garble. We had some hurdles in our purchase and settlement, Heath actively went out of his way to make sure his standards were met , which far exceeded my expectations.
