Brent Osborne is like a breath of fresh air to deal with. After having dealt with numerous real estate agents over 35 year, I find myself extremely fortunate to have located this gentleman to sell my mothers property in Bathurst. I don't say this lightly, for he was outstanding to deal with, highly professional and went well and truly above and beyond my expectations throughout the whole process. He did an excellent job in advising for the preparation and presentation of the house, photo shoots and marketing were of a very high standard. Any issues or questions that I had were discussed and dealt with without delay. A number of open houses were held, with good response and attendance. In addition to that Brent always made sure that potential buyers were accommodated with private viewings when they were requested. When I left messages for Brent, he would always respond and in a very timely manner, was always helpful, and very intuitive in providing advice about changes that he thought were necessary in order to enhance the properties sale potential. He is very open and friendly to talk to, a genuine peoples person. Brent is very switched on with use of multi-media. This made it so much easier to keep in contact with Brent throughout the marketing and sale process. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which Brent was able to maintain contact with me whilst I was on an overseas trip during a critical phase of our sale. I have no hesitation in saying that Brent Osborne is without doubt the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Not only as an agent, but as a person he is delightful to deal with. I found his communication skills were brilliant, he kept us in the loop at all stages and he listened and acted on what we wanted. A lot of sales people are very over positive and make outrageous promises. Brent is not like that at all and in fact he is very down to earth and very honest and open. Brent works hard and at all times made you his number one priority even though you knew he was also marketing other places. He is very reliable and punctual. The property we had for sale was sold at the right price and was well marketed thanks to Brent. We would highly recommend Brent to anyone looking to sell their property.
