We chose Brenton for his understanding of the changing markets, understanding of our situation and his commitment to success. I would use Brenton again and in fact asked him to flesh out another possibility. If there is a fault he is too careful with communication as he did not want to overload us knowing our situation. York have interesting marketing plan that is worthwhile exploring upfront.

I met Brenton many years ago when he sold my 1st investment property. I found him straight forward, efficient and understood the time factor and how busy his client can be. After the purchased, he always give you occasional phone calls to keep in touch. So, when I need to do another business RE: selling my block of land, he’s in my list to go to person.
