This is a review for the sale of our property as I did not receive an invitation to rate the sale. ……He lied to us on several occassions, lied to our prospective buyer telling them we had already had an offer and a figure he pulled from goodness knows where and we had never had an offer at that stage ( and didn’t even get that price from these people as they bought our house) , he can’t deny any of this as it is on our CCTV footage, he also did advertising without our consent and expected us to pay for it which we wouldn’t, he handed over the keys to the buyer before he had apparently even received official confirmation that the sale had gone through as I was told we couldn't get our deposit until this had been received and apparently it wasn’t received on settlement day, there is one more thing I found quite annoying was we trusted our house to them for open house inspections and it was left unlocked on more than one occasion and one of them his assistant told me to my face she had locked it up but we discovered both front doors open the wire door had not even been closed properly not to mention the back door and shed also unlocked too. Overall if I could rate this agent with no stars I would, please save yourself the hassle and don’t go near him or his assistant Ellie as you are not guaranteed a good experience selling your house. Please note there are other stories similar to mine out there so it is not a one off thing. This is my opinion which I am entitled to share, we have also looked in to reporting him to the governing body as a real estate agent is supposed to be a good standing citizen which I don’t find him to be one at all.

Great service, excellent communication

Brenton is a very professional agent. He sold my house within 30 days and it was a good result for both myself and the purchaser. He was very good at negotiating a dual that suited both of us. I would highly recommend him.
