Carol was lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. The principle of PRD Simone Flechsig on the other hand was not. Simone did not like being questioned nor would she take responsibility about the incorrect charges trying to be charged and tried to bully us into accepting them. Would not use PRD again.

Carol knows her job and performs it very well. Explaining all aspects of the sale process in language that I understood and very professionally.
