It is with great pleasure that I write this review on Brenton Popp. I previously had my property listed with a different agency with an unsuccessful campaign for a 6 month period with one home inspection. Brenton was very proactive and made contact with me directly stating that he had reviewed what he had seen and he felt he could offer better ideas to achieve a more positive result. What did I have to lose but only a lot to gain! I felt that Brenton offered positive ideas and he convinced me that to make a difference I had to stand out from the rest. This then included in-house styling, a video campaign and social media. This invaluable advice achieved an accepted offer within the first week of the campaign (remembering that it had been previously listed for 6 months with a different agency who never offered me such advice). Through out the whole campaign Brenton was constantly in touch on a frequent basis. I can honestly say that Brenton is a most genuine, capable Real Estate Agent with substantial market knowledge and proven techniques. Most importantly he strives to gain the best result for you at all times. What I value from a representative is communication and Brenton constantly kept me informed. Brenton is a terrific agent who is very thorough and keeps you informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond for me whether it was explaining the technical aspects of a contract, negotiating with the buyer and the small final touches of finalising the contract. Nothing was ever a problem for Brenton and he always responded within a very short time span. I would recommend him to absolutely anybody.

I found him to be a very good communicator, Brenton kept in touch with me the whole way through. I was never left wondering or waiting. He also advised me as to where money was well spent and where it would likely be wasted when it came to advertising. Certainly someone thats on the ball and does what he says he'll do. I recently enlisted Brenton to sell my property in redlynch, I went with all of Brenton's suggestions, marketing, photography and price. Within a short time the property was under contract however this crashed due to the buyers finance. As you could imagine this was a bit of a kick in the guts. However Brenton kept working and remained positive, after about a week we were under contract again for $10,000 more! Awesome outcome could not be happier. I would highly recommend brenton to anyone wishing to sell their property!

Brenton communicated very well with regular updates. I did not feel pressured at any time. Put all options before me. Brenton explained everything well and knows the real estate market. Provided good advice in getting the house ready for sale. I would highly recommend Brenton.
