Our initial meeting with Brett was fine and we both felt comfortable with his approach. Unfortunately after that meeting Brett went missing in action. No property report after our first week on the market - had to ring to fing out what was going on. No property sign after 2 weeks - it wasn't until Bretts principal answered Bretts phone that we got any action. I had to suggest a price drop on 2 separate occassions and upon the 2nd price drop we sold the house. We had no feedback on the office agent's opinion on sale price until I asked 3 weeks after they'd gone through our home. Opinions were 50 - 60k below Bretts suggested list price. After we'd signed the contract the only communication we received was a text the day before settlement to deliver the keys to the office. If we hadn't taken the initiative we'd still be on the market. Little wonder many home owners are disgruntled handing over big commissions.
Brett sold my parents house and did a great job.
