Brett came to our house within 20 minutes of calling him,he was keen and very knolagable of the area and easy to talk with. Brett had a huge challenge selling our unit for the price we were asking and with the initial high Body Corporate fees involved. However he was eventually able to clinch a deal for us in which all parties were happy with the outcome. Although Brett always responded promptly when we had any questions or were after an update, we would have preferred more regular communication in regards to interest in and progress regarding the sale of the property. But overall a great job!
