Have used Brett a couple of times now both as purchaser and seller. On both occasions have found Brett to be highly organized and knowledgeable. Both transactions went like clockwork with very little input required by myself. Brett is an excellent communicator who always kept me informed of what was going on, much earlier than my solicitor in fact. Would highly recommend him for anyone wishing to buy or sell in the western suburbs.
Knew the market, knew the target customer exactly as well. Priced spot on. Got a sale quickly, which unfortunately fell through due to a previously unknown structural problem. He then managed to find another buyer who wasn't concerned about the issue (it will be managed by the body corporate), get the same price and then move settlement up through to nearly the same date. Throughout, his communication was the best (I often found out about requests from him instead of my solicitor) and advice was spot on. Definitely recommended in general, but particularly if you're in his geographic area of Toowong/St Lucia.
Brett was extremely professional throughtout the sale process . He made contact after every viewing and provided a ron down of the possibilities . Been based interstate , Brett gave me confidence that I was in safe hands and I didnt need to be present . In a tougher market , negoitation at the pointy end is very important to finalise the transaction. Brett was clear in the options available and best steps forward . He handles this with aplomb and would happily use his services again .
Brett was the first agent i listed with, as he had kept intouch and informed me of market trends etc for many years when i had no intention of selling. so he was the obvious agent to list with. The sale process involved first listing for auction but then changing tack when the market was indicating the interest level was not high enough to go to auction.
