Brett has done a great job with the sale of my property, allowing me to sit back and let him handle everything. His knowledge of the local area and my previous favourable experience in dealing with him when I bought the property cemented my decision to use Brett. I never had to chase Brett up as he was in regular contact, which gave me peace of mind. Brett secured a contract on my property extremely quickly at the price I wanted. I would not hesitate to use Brett again.

Brett Andreassen made the sale of our unit wonderfully straightforward. We appreciated his no-nonsense approach, honesty, reliability and work ethic. Also his sense of humour. In all, we would definitely use Brett again in selling another property.

Of the agents I approached when looking for place in Brisbane he had a very honest aura and a down to earth manner. Which is why I chose him and Doug Disher Real Estate exclusively to sell my unit 2 years later. He did a great job and I am very thankful. I am only sad he is not also in Tasmania to help me with my house purchase.

We were so pleased with Brett's knowledge and professional approach to the sale of our property. We were kept well informed throughout the sale process and secured a sale within a week. We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in the area.

We live interstate and Brett has helped and communicated every step of the way. It put our minds at ease. Thank you Brett.

We were pleased Brett was able to sell our unit. We appreciated that he was always prompt with his feedback following open inspections

We worked with Brett on the sale of our unit in Brisbane. What should have been a quick and easy sale for Brett became a year long project after a massive storm severely damaged the unit ten days before the auction. Brett was the first to notify us of the damage and worked to coordinate the restoration efforts as we were overseas. Gratefully, the renovation was beautiful and we sold almost exactly one year later! We are extremely grateful to have had Brett as our agent during this trying process.

Brett has excellent communication, kept me up to date with the whole process. Very proactive and positive. Always available to help with the property whilst I was away on business. A agent that goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Brett.

Michael You are a fantastic agent!! You did not let the fact we received no offers in the early days deter you and start doubting our price point! Thank you for your persistence and thank you for your clear and concise communication. You are a great agent and work tirelessly to achieve a great out come. Thanks Danny Glennon

Brett's combination of integrity, thoroughness, friendliness, availability and timely relevant responses makes his a superb agent to deal with. We have been through several units with Brett and as potential buyers and he was tirelessly positive through these interactions. Once we had bought an apartment, he offered sage counsel for first-time buyers and was readily available to clear up post-sale questions. I heartily endorse Brett as a credit to his industry.

From start to finish we found Brett to be completely professional. We were impressed with the level of communication we had with Brett about every aspect of the sale of our property. He was very flexible and worked with us and achieved an excellent result for us - selling our property at the very first open house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brett to anyone who asks.

Brett is a market-leader through being incredibly organised and obviously following a standard operating procedure to ensure all his clients are kept informed and the sales process is thorough and effective. Gets the job done. The most effective and professional sales agent in the area.
