We had several agents approach us and some were downright rude and a real pain the neck to deal with, even after we told them to go away. Not Brett. We engaged him primarily because of who he was: a trustworthy salesman. We initially wanted to test the market to determine its value in St Lucia and in an unknown (to us) Brisbane market. This he achieved successfully following DDRE advertising, quality house photography, appropriate and affordable street signage, as well as a small number of convenient open houses with over 30 different parties inspecting.
