Brett made the experience of purchasing our first unit pleasurable. He was friendly yet professional, knowledgable and accommodating, easy to talk to and not overwhelming. I would be happy to work with Brett again and strongly recommend his services. Thanks. Tash, Auchenflower
Excellent professional and prompt service, very knowledgeable and super helpful...great service for us as first-time buyers!
Very impressed with the level of professionalism, throughout. I would definitely use Brett again. Thanks again john L
Communication from Brett through every step of the process of selling our unit has been outstanding.
We used Brett's services when we purchased an investment unit in Toowong. As that had been a positive experience (and he had kept in touch with us regularly about other sales in the area) we used his services again when we sold the same property 6 years later. On both occasions we found him very approachable, friendly and trustworthy. He isn't pushy or full of himself like some other agents that we have met. He also went out of his way to provide all the information that we required to make an informed purchase and sale.
I have bought and sold property through Brett and would strongly recommend him. He is very professional, has a great market knowledge and achieved an outstanding result on the sale of my property. He was open and honest with his communication and kept me updated through the whole process. Thanks Brett.
Brett has managed the sale of my property with great management skills, a high level of transparency, and significant market knowledge. He has made great efforts to communicate all relevant actions and responses and has provided a significant level of market knowledge to enable me to make my decisions comfortably. At all times, he has been easy to communicate with and has gone the extra mile to assist the process with side issues such as tenant communications, relevant maintenance management and rental agent communications. I will go to Brett first for any Quernsland based real estate purchase real estate sales needs.
Brett is always persistent and committed to getting the best outcome.
Difficult to find someone with honesty, integrity and good manners. It has been a pleasure.
I have enjoyed the open communication and the confidence of working with a true professional since I met Brett 6 years ago.... His fresh face and genuine demeanour hides a savvy real estate presence, a curious mind and a focus in maintaining the interests of his clients... A fine balance excellently managed with his clients representing two sides of one coin..... The buyer and the seller. I will continue to enjoy working with Brett in the future. That he won a nationally recognised award for the service he provides came as no surprise and only heightens my curiousity into what this young man does next. K
