Brett was very professional is his approach at all times. However, he was always friendly and relaxed in his approach which made us feel comfortable with him dealing with our sale. He was always realistic in what we could expect. His sales strategy suited us as sellers but was, also, a strategy we would have preferred if we were buyers. His strategy was clearly set out and he gave us feedback and advice along the way at regular intervals. The outcome was a sale in less than a week at a price that exceeded our expectations.
