Brett made selling our unit so easy. Within a couple of days of choosing Brett to sell our unit, he liaised with the real estate agent managing the rental, and he met with the tenants. Within a week the unit was on the market. He managed the sale very efficiently and kept us in the loop on what to expect and timelines. From when the sale occurred, he then forwarded on documents to our solicitor of choice. Brett has exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry, and he communicated everything clearly to us. We have used Brett Andreassen to sell several investment properties that we have had in Brisbane's western suburbs. Each time, we have found Brett to be very responsive and easy to communicate with. He goes above and beyond to keep sellers informed about market conditions and the sale process. We have achieved great results with each sale that Brett has managed for us. Thanks Brett!
Having dealt with Brett previously, we would not consider any other agent in the Toowong/St Lucia area. Brett’s strategy was absolutely spot on and perfectly executed. Living interstate, Brett organised everything from the handyman to the stylist, to managing an incredible 5 day campaign which produced a result we could only have dreamt of. Brett is innovative, organized, strategic, personable and to top it off has a great sense of humour. Thanks Brett!
