I initially looked at 20 Morfontaine Pde, Port Kennedy with another agent who had it previously. I mentioned to this agent about the type of offer I would place and was basically told not to bother as the owner won't accept it. I notice at a later date it had changed agents and that Brett was the new agent. From the onset at a house open that was being conducted for 39 Coniston Bend, I had an instant rapport with Brett & how he was freely able to discuss both the house features, similar properties on the market & current market conditions, along with the latest sports results, which added a friendly edge & banter to the viewing. This property was going to sell itself & wasn't going to need an agent to run through the 'obligatory details' on the property but an agent that could instantly connect with prospective buyers. Brett put us immediately at ease in our dealings and was always available to answer our questions & was adaptable to changes that were required throughout the sales process. This rapport & trust was required as he was dealing with both a vendor & purchaser, who were both overseas at the time. Brett was responsive to both parties requirements and dealt with multiple time-zones over the course of the sale. Not something that occurs everyday & knowing that his support was there, added to the security of the sale & handover process. i would highly recommend Brett as an agent to anyone considering either selling or purchasing a property & wishes to have an agent willing to go to any length.

Brett was great to work with. We had a house to sell in a constant declining real estate market and Brett was like a dog with a bone - would not give up, no matter how challenging! For 12 months he was at our house every weekend pushing a sale. He was always very open and honest about the short-falls which was much appreciated considering we were not in the country of the sale. Communication was always open and responsive. We didn't feel there was any 'typical' behaviour of an agent with just wanting to make a sale - he was careful to ensure our requirements were met without pushing us to move on our boundaries. I couldn't be happier with the work that Brett has done. Tough house to sell in a tough market. Home open every weekend, home of the week, realestate .com. We tried everything. Had many offers from other agencys to handle the sale but stuck with Brett.
