Amazing salesman and great person always ready to help and assist

After having my house on the market for an extended time with plenty of interest but no offers my agent went on vacation for 6 weeks and Brett stood in. He came on board as though it was his own listing, was in constant contact with updates, with in two weeks had an offer on the table. Unfortunately the finance fell through. My original agent returned and after things went stagnate again I went in and had a meeting with the Licensee and requested Brett to take my listing over. It took about 6 weeks to happen as Brett was away on vacation then himself. Brett came back on board and with in 4 weeks had an offer on the table and two others waiting offer ........ accepted settled and out in 3 weeks...game over :) Brett is friendly approachable and honest in his assessments and advise on the market. He has since been helping in looking for a new home and can't be of more assistance.
