Brett Hayman is a highly professional and knowledgeable leader in the Canberra real estate scene. Brett is highly ethical and works for a good outcome for both vendors and purchasers. I was the highest bidder at a recent auction in Curtin where the property failed to reach reserve. Brett worked with total professionalism in order to achieve a sales price acceptable to both the vendor and myself as purchaser following the auction. I cannot speak too highly of Brett Hayman. Brett is an honest and highly ethical man backed up by a real estate team that is second to none in the ACT. He works hard for excellent results for his clients. Whether you are a vendor with a multi million dollar property or a purchaser of a more modest home you will be treated with the same high quality service and respect.

Brett is a legend in this area due to his deep local knowledge and many connections. Hayman Partners is based in the area and participates in the local community. But being good at selling property is only part of the picture - Brett is a genuine guy, he doesn't use the pretense or tricks which you might expect others in the industry to try. One thing I really liked was that Brett communicates exactly as much or as little as you need at the time. Thanks for selling our place Team Hayman!

Brett's knowledge of the market, based on his many years of experience, was outstanding, as was his professionalism. His estimate of what my home might sell for in a difficult market (and how I could optimize that price) was realistic and very helpful. His advice, in terms of how I could prepare my home for sale, was incredibly helpful. He provided contact information for a gardener, window cleaner, house cleaner, house stylist and handyman, all of whom provided fair quotes and did an excellent job. Brett was always available at the other end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to him, as were his excellent staff. In conclusion (and as someone who has previously never been inclined to provide reviews) I could not recommend Brett Hayman more highly.
