We bought a house when Brett was the agent for the vendor. We were very impressed and happy with his honest approach during the negotiation process. So we decided to engage him and his team in selling our house. They did some research and gave us advice as to how we should go about with the sale. They told us what the problems are and assisted us in getting quotes to fix the problems. They then provided us with an estimate of the price. There was no pressure and they kept us at ease throughout the process. When the property was opened up, they kept us informed almost on a daily basis and gave us helpful feedback as to the next course of action. We chose to go by way of auction. Offers were made and Brett and his team guided us through the process. We ended up selling prior to auction at a price higher than estimated and what we had expected.
