I am writing this review as the brother of the vendor, who is experiencing health issues. My brother was struggling a bit financially and with his health so my partner and I decided is was time to step in and help. Because we live about 4 hours drive away, it was good to get in touch with an agent who quickly assessed our needs and was able to put us in touch with various services who could assist in preparing the property for an optimum sale. Brett was very open and up-front with the latest information about sales in the nearby suburbs. He gave sound advice on where we should spend money preparing the property and where we should not. Brett and other staff were always helpful and available to advise on periferal issues surrounging the sale.
Brett is honest, trustworthy and professional. This is not something you can say about all estate agents. His staff are good also.
