I have always thought that the requests from rate my agent on exchange a bit premature as in my experience a good agent is able and willing to continue to assist both buyers and sellers during the process up until settlement. My property has yet to settle, but I can confirm that we have appreciated the continuing assistance of Brett and his team in liaising with the buyers on various matters. The market suddenly turned just as our house went on sale, but Brett and his team were able to find the right buyer at a realistic price, which, although less than we had originally aimed for, was a satisfactory outcome in the circumstances, which was achieved thanks to Brett and Team Hayman.
