We wanted to write and share our thoughts having recently sold our property with Brett Humby and his team at Guardian Realty Schofields. We were previously having our property managed by another local agency, but chose to move the rental over to Brett’s team after being highly recommended. I was looking for a local agent who has the local knowledge and has good sale history in the local area of Schofields to sell my investment property. I met with Brett and Matt at the residence and I was very happy with the preparation for the meeting from Brett, even with little notice. He knew exactly what was the current market situation and how to tackle the situation relating to the marketing and sale of my investment property.
