Found Brett to be very courteous and friendly - would recommend to anyone selling there property

This was my very first home to buy and can I say it really was by accident. I didn't wake up that morning with the intention of buying at all, but was with my mum and we saw this place and thought we would just pop in. Brett was very welcoming, warm and friendly from the outset. There were negotiating calls that day and on every call he was pleasant, gave advice where he could and make the whole deal very easy for me. As the contract was "upon finance approval" he checked in with me regularly to see how we were tracking, was always super happy to speak with me if I had questions and the experience overall was fantastic. I was after a super early settlement and he negotiated exactly what I needed and I'm sure he was the same with the vendor.. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone looking for their first home or investment properties or the next home. As a first home buyer I was clueless and Brett was just amazing through everything. We put the sold sticker on today and I'm not sure who was happier!!

From the beginning Brett was approachable and friendly. His knowledge of the local area was excellent and even though I was overseas for some of the sale period Brett still kept in contact with me and kept me up to date.
