I recently purchased a property on Chevron Island and Brett was the listed Agent. What struck me first off about Brett was that he really knew market values in this area, being able to quote all recent properties sold of similar quality in recent months. This was helpful because it put my mind at ease that the asking price of the propertyin which I was interested, was sensibly priced. Not only did he know the local market but he knew the key selling features of this property and highlighted everyone of them to me. No doubt he was working for the Vendor and my request to know the minimum price the Vendor would take was met with more positive features that justified the price asked. And he was right. The price was fair and the house was worth the ask, hence I signed a contract after the second viewing. If and when I decide to sell my current Home, I will be calling Brett Laws.
