A smooth experience buying a house

I met Brett in Aug this year when I started my search for the perfect house for me. After losing out on one that I took too long to deliberate on, Brett secured a home that ticked ALL the boxes on my list. With both homes he wasn't a pushy agent, which I like, but he was more than willing to answer any questions or provide access to properties outside viewing times. So Brett was an agent for a house in our street so we went and approached him to be our agent. Since then Brett has been a wonderful agent and had our house "Under Contract" within just over a week., and that's without us having to go for full advertising. During this time Brett kept us informed along the way, sadly this first contract fell through due to finance, but Brett had another contract on the table the very next day basically. Now our house is unconditional, settling early in the new year.
