Brett took over a couple of weeks into our campaign for sale as our original agent left the agency - I was worried and nervous as I didn't know him - however, he came on board bringing with him enthusiasm, ideas, positivity and most importantly buyers!!! Very quickly our open homes increased in effectiveness as we had more potential buyers showing up and the offers started coming in immediately.
