Brett along with 2 other agents (Andy & Paul) sold our home and Brett played a very big part in that . With Brett we were fully informed . We knew when the open homes were and what was happening at every stage . The weekly catch ups were informative and nothing was too much trouble nor any questions by us not important and his advise sound . My decision to have Ray White look after my sale was originally based on a relationship I held with one of the principles. As the process progressed and and Brett was to become the agent focused on my sale, I found I was comfortable with Brett's' dealings from the start. That comfort meant I was very happy to be guided by him, but always felt the decision was mine to make. Brett took that unsure feeling away because I knew I could trust his guidance and the process. I didn't realize how valuable that trust in a real estate can be during what can be a stressful time. This trust helped me enjoy the process and lead to me achieving a better than expected result come Auction Day. I would ask for him again if I had another house to sell!

We had never sold a house and it was a very nerve racking thing to do. We had been there for 45 years and with out the support of Brett it would have been even more nerve racking.. We had a lot of things happen during the time before the auction.. My brother passed away and Brett sent flowers to me to show his condolences which was a very thoughtful thing to do.. Really touched me and the family. Among other things we needed to change a few apt as there was health issues in the family and nothing was to much trouble for Brett. Would we recommended him to our friends , family and anyone that asked.. That is a massive YES.. Thank you once again Brett..
