The experience of selling our house with another agent was very stressful so we decided to change agent and try Ray White Macleod, Brett was professional and personable from the first point of contact as were the photographer and copywriter. I would recommend Brett and Ray White Macleod to anyone thinking of selling a property.

Brett was such a pleasure to deal with after being on the search for a new house for ages! He is a rarity among agents and has an extremely honest and kind hearted approach. There is no false advertising on Brett's part and the feel is that he definately has your best interest at the forefront. Thank you Brett for making a stressful and somewhat emotional experience easy and enjoyable!!

Hi Brett, We would like to thank you for helping us find our new first home and assisting us the whole way through the process. We really appreciated your ongoing communication and willingness to provide negotiations between vendor and buyer at any time. All the best for the future. King regards, Emma and Robert

I cannot speak highly enough of Brett and Ashleigh , they are very supportive and have wonderful personalities and excellent public relation. Thank you both

We had a great experience selling our house with Brett. His local market knowledge was excellent and he made the whole process very easy for us. Throughout our campaign Brett was professional, timely and in regular contact. His advice and support was much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We used Brett to sell our house in Eltham North and found that he delivered everything he said he would His knowledge , communication and personal skills where first rate and we could not have asked for more We would highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to sell

Brett and his team did a great job selling our place from start to finish. Their final price was right within the quoted range of their appraisal. They were very organised and things got done quickly. Throughout the process they kept us up-to-date on what was happening and even advised us on the purchase of our next place. We were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

I would highly recommend Brett to anyone wishing to sell a property. We just recently purchased a property for which Brett was the agent. We made an offer at 7.45am and he called us back by 8am. Unbelievable!! Post sale we had some special requests which he Brett happily worked through with us. Brett's 'customer service' was second to none in terms of responsiveness, attention to detail and his general manner. When we decide it's time to sell and move on we will definitely be contacting Brett.

I had the best real estate experience ever with Brett. No amount of words can describe his professionalism, help and assistance at all times. there is no better real estate agent. Regards Mandy
