Brett helped the reviewer sell this property

Very hands on and honest with their expectations in a market that was changing quickly.

Brett was professional and up front with all areas of our dealings with Ray White . We had frequent updates on the state of the market and how our sale was tracking with a weekly catch up and honest feedback from him with regard to interest in our property . When we didn’t sell at Auction which we were informed was likely to happen as an interest rate increase and the loss of prospective buyers lessened our outcome , a buyer was found 2 days later and the negotiations were quick and easily completed without fuss. We ended up with a good result and are very happy with the service we experienced
