What stood out most working with Brett was his experience. When we pushed him on details, he responded with intelligence and a responsiveness that drove to the heart of the matter. Selling your house is difficult – there are sentimental and personal connections and various outside commentators and factors that cause you to question your best way forward. Brett clearly understood this, but he was also able to communicate the process in a manner that felt involving and considerate, and not just telling you what you want to hear. He was straight up with us, in terms of objectives, and met them, involving us as necessary.
It was a pleasure dealing with Brett. He is everything you don't expect in your typical realestate agent. He is punctual, comes to all appointments prepared, he is knowledgeable of the area, respectful, communicative, tells it like it is, doesn't high ball you and then make excuses for lack of success (not that this was an issue with us), he got us the price we wanted.
