We found Brett to be everything that we wanted in a real estate agent. Punctual, professional, well presented and fully aware of what was happening in the housing market in our area. We were trying to sell a unique investment property at a difficult time of year, that housed two separate tenants. Brett managed the whole campaign with ease (or maybe he just made it look easy!) and somehow juggled the needs of the tenants with regards to inspections, with the constraints of what was convenient for the prospective buyers (including interest from interstate) -all the while keeping us in the loop.
