We expressed an interest in a country property and Brett took the trouble to meet us on a Saturday afternoon and take us to the property which is quite far from any town. We were allowed to take our time in looking at the property and were not subjected to any hard sell or pressure to commit. We subsequently advised Brett of our desire to purchase and he negotiated a satisfactory price with the vendor. Following our decision to purchase Brett communicated our requests to the vendor and assisted us right up to the exchange of contracts.
We selected Brett over three other Agents and were not disappointed. At the outset he indicated that it could take from four to six weeks to achieve a sale and at the upper end of those six weeks we had a buyer. Although the sale price was marginally under what we expected all in all we were happy with the result.
