It's not often you come across an agent that really looks out for you and goes the extra mile. Brett certainly does. Not only is he an excellent negotiator, he really shines when the going gets tough. There was a couple of difficult things with my sale which could have put the sale in jeopardy but Brett went the extra mile for the buyers and did some legwork with council. In the end he closed the sale getting me full asking price. I first met Brett as a buyer. He was the agent that was chosen by the people that I bought my house from.
