I used Brett to buy my house 8yrs ago and he was the only person I thought of using when I went to sell it recently. I've had issues in the past where agents don't respond to calls etc. Brett makes himself available when you need him and always keeps you in the loop. My house sold within a week and for a higher price than I thought I would get. I needed a fast sale as I was transferring with work, Brett understood this and didn't waste anytime but at the same time didn't undersell my property.
