We cannot recommend Brett & Adrienne enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. This was our 4th experience in buying a house, but our first with the assistance of Brett & Adrienne. As interstate buyers relying on family to view and inspect the property Brett & Adrienne were always very accommodating in allowing multiple visits, answering many questions and being quick to follow up on any extra information we needed. Their communication was great and we always felt like their goal was not just to cater for what the sellers needed but also to cater for what we needed. They did everything possible to make the process as easy and stress free for us and we cannot thank them enough ☺️

Brett and Adrianne sold our property in Margate. The process was fast and easy, the communication to the point, the advice ON point and the outcome excellent. From the start we felt comfortable with Bett/Adrianne. They were easy to talk to and understood our needs. Before actually getting the house on the market, they had personally lent a hand on "pimping the property up" and already had initial offers. We had a solid offer before week one; too low. We had two more the week after, one came through. The buyer had challenges during cool-down and THE TEAM promptly had three more lined up. We had a price in mind that was acceptable, one that was good and one that was great. We came to within 15k of the one that was "good", just a week later. There were some problems at settlement, but the advice from Bett and Adrianne was good and sound, our legal team was on top of things and we settled late Oct. Brilliant experience, very impressed, very trustworthy and we will use the team again.

Buying interstate certainly threw some challenges our way but after weeks of flying in between states and four offers on other properties failed to seal a deal it was deflating.
