very professional and friendly service.

Both Brett and Adrianne were fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and they helped ease the process all the way through. They also advised on the property we were purchasing from another agent . Friendly and professional throughout they continually calmed and communicated at exactly the right tempo for us.

I am very pleased and satisfied with choosing Belle Property to sell my home. Adrianne and Brett were brilliant. When they came to visit me at home and explain the Belle Property selling approach and scope they explained steps with clarity and confidence. No buzz words, no glitz and glamour to oversell the potential. I had a clear view of the possibilities and was certain they were the ideal choice. Constant and clear communications, highly motivated to track and follow up parties who attended the Open home events. They were encouraging and supportive to help me with decisions and understanding the processes. 100% reliable, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic. I highly recommend Brett, Adrianne and Belle Property ! Thank you for everything.

This is the second time in the past 18 months that I have commissioned Belle Property Redcliffe to sell my property, andI have been extremely pleased with this service. Local knowledge, professionalism, negotiation skills and ease of communication are vital during this process, and the Belle team certainly excel in all these areas. A great end result again - and this time, within 4 days of listing! Thank you!!

Brett and Adrianne walked the walk and talked the talk. We had a not so impressive start with another agent and decided to move to these guys and didn't look back. From the first day with Brett and Adrianne we knew we would get the result we were after. They made selling our first place a dream and took the stress away from us. Would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have a great selling experience.
