From the minute that I saw the property until the day that the keys were put into my hand it was the most wonderful, seamless and professional experience I have ever had of buying a house. I literally did not have to do anything other than decide what I would pay , and appear at the office to sign a few documents and for the rest of the experience my hand was held every step of the way and I was just dished the process out on a silver spoon. I really want to commend them for the excitement that they felt for me when I got my new home and how they made the entire process such a walk in the park , with lots of laughs as well as keeping me up to speed with every step from purchase the settlement. They reassured me when I had doubt with excellent and current back -up information about each and every concern I faced in making my decision. They really know their stuff and are passionate about what they do and are so professional and enjoy the entire journey with their clients. I Give them a five star for every step of the way of which there were many .

Starting from the listing process, through to securing a buyer, I felt confident about the Remax team, as I could see solid engagement from the agent, communicating regular feedbacks on viewings, and advice on price adjustments accordingly to current market. My other impressive observation was the agent commitment in liaising with other parties like the rental agent, and strata company to get things organised, moving forward. Overall a very experience team.

We have been impressed with professionalism of the whole team. They have fully supported us with the whole process. The communication has been outstanding, always kept up to date via phone or email. This has been a smooth experience.

From the start Brett came across as honest and realistic both from a buyer’s and seller’s perspective. Super efficient leader of a super efficient team. Weekly updates and honest feedback from home opens were useful. Very happy with the whole experience of buying and selling. That’s not to say that it wasn’t v stressful but brett’ and his team kept us in the loop at all times

A little disappointed regarding our purchase. Focus on new job that the seller had put in, however one day in to purchase cooker had buttons missing and smoked like a trooper. Fire alarm constantly going on- poor neighbours. This should of been addressed before selling the property. Advise - please when purchasing a property through this company, go through with a fine tooth comb and do not allow the agent to distract you or your partner for the problems of the property.

My experience with Brett White was very positive. I live away and was quite nervous about putting my house on the market when I wasn't there to oversee things. But Cristina always kept me updated with emails and phone calls, communication was very good. It was a complicated sale in a tough market but we got there in the end and I believe the buyer was as happy as I was. I would definitely recommend.
