Cheers to Brett, Jess and his team selling 2 properties for me one after the other. Honestly - it was amazing service - all hours - great advice. We setup staging furniture on Brett's advice which i think really worked in our favour for selling the rental properties. Their effort in qualifying buyers and checking their purchasing/finance background was amazing as it meant we could negotiate with the right people and not waste time on a deal falling over - something we hadn't considered the importance of. With their advice we priced right, had lots of traffic and got a good result.
