Through multiple correspondences, which were very quick and efficient in both processing and response, the property was purchased. In the sale of the property, there was multiple correspondences which were accomodating in both availability on my part due to my own issues with time management and decisions from the buyers due to hesitation and financials. All parties involved had quick communication and accomodating time frames in line with legislation and requirements.
