We bought our block off Brian, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with through that process. And so then when we made to sell the block, it only made sense and was the only choice for us to go back to him to sell it for us. I don’t think there are many agents out there who would be out in the rain and then the blasting sunshine with a rake, detentions to find a peg that had gone missing for the sake of us to not lose $1000.
