Brain was great with our purchase. I always felt he was being open an honest with not only us the buyers but also the vendors. It's very easy to find agents who operate with their own interests clearly as their priority. Brian Bolton is definitely not like that. 10/10
We bought our block off Brian, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with through that process. And so then when we made to sell the block, it only made sense and was the only choice for us to go back to him to sell it for us. I don’t think there are many agents out there who would be out in the rain and then the blasting sunshine with a rake, detentions to find a peg that had gone missing for the sake of us to not lose $1000. He was always so helpful, and always available. We couldn’t thank him enough for all his hard work and genuine care for us on both sides of buying and selling.
