Brian's company managed my property for the 15 years I owned it, and being thoroughly satisfied with that performance over that length of time, when it came time to sell, I decided to list it with Brian. What an outstanding decision! The market sector was difficult, however Brian's performance, service and results were far beyond my best expectations. Brian's expertise and experience guided me smoothly through the process, from beginning to end; he advised me on what needed to be done to best market the property, and had excellent, affordable, timely trade contacts to get that work done. At no stage was Brian pushy, he calmly provided timely advice, and allowed me the room to make the final decisions. Fortunately, I had confidence in both his skills and his integrity, and so I agreed to all his recommendations, which resulted in a sale sooner, and at a price higher than my best expectations. To give you some idea of his integrity, he was on a fixed commission. When an offer came in that I thought was pretty good, he told me we could do better than that. I trusted his judgement, we counter-offered and the sale went ahead. Brian ran the risk of losing a sale, and his commission.....he had nothing financially to gain by not recommending that offer, and was looking out solely for his client's best interest. Another friend of mine is also a real estate agent, and he says you can tell some agents are only interested in the commission, not the client.....Brian is definitely not that sort of agent! Brian was able to smoothly work through complications and setbacks as they arose, as they sometimes do. Initially, Brian achieved an early offer, on which finance was eventually declined. He had the property back on the market without delay, and I was in awe when he presented me a second offer within seven days....this was a comparable offer, which led to the eventual sale of the property. Would I list with Brian again? Absolutely! A simply stellar performance, Brian. Thank you!
