As above, all the things you need from an agent Brian has in spades. Selling my investment property I wanted someone with excellent knowledge of the area and wouldn't stuff me or the buyers around. His use of Openn negotiation is the way forward folks, don't waste your time with agents that reckon "they'll get you the best price" because they've got no idea what someone's top price is plus, we've all been on the other end of the phone with some greasy real estate agent who won't tell you what the current offer is if you're looking to buy. Openn negotiation was easy to follow for myself and the buyers and, Brian kept me updated on the home opens and market changes every step of the way. My calls and texts were always answered promptly and always felt comfortable asking questions. Highly recommend :)
