I have been trying to sell this block for at least three years. It's way out of Brian's area, out past Dalby in the Bunya Mountains, but it's a lovely block. The day Brian went up there to put it on the market, he sold it. What can I say. Wonderful work Brian. Congratulations.

We listed it with Brian after we had a sale fell trough in the very last moment, he discussed with us how to marked it, the best way to present it and recommended open house. He very quickly had a buyer and a contract on it and that's when the fun started, the buyers solicitor was slow, kept changing dates and generally just stuffed the buyer around, that made it hard for us not having a settlement date, worrying that it could go wrong again, but Brian was doing his best to get things sorted, was in contact with us on how things are progressing and being positive that all will be fine. He was always friendly, never got upset with us keep calling him asking how things are going and with his sense of humour it was a lot less stressful. Every thing turned out just fine. Brian did so much for me, as a recent buyer of a property in Cooroy. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I certainly had a lot of questions and requests during the process. Brian had great advice regarding local amenities, local planning laws and flood zones etc and if he didn't know the answer, he directed me to the right places. He was happy to liaise with the seller on numerous occasions regarding for instance, the size of the fridge space in the kitchen, which electricity company was currently used, water and rates estimates etc and was very prompt in replying.
