I'd like to pass on my sincere thanks to Brian at Countryside Reality for our recent purchase of our block of land at 12 Ambulance Street Pomona. This was a complicated and convoluted purchase from the get go. We purchased the property through our SMSF at a price negotiated by Brian that we were extremely happy with. Due to unforseen legalities and limitations within our SMSF we were unable to proceed with the original contract and it had to be terminated and a new contract had to be negotiated, so as to allow us to build our investment house on the vacant land. Brian worked tirelessly to renegotiate a new contact for us. Brian sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls to our solicitor, building company, sellers and sellers solicitor passing on information and getting a new contract in place. After seven months of relentless hard work, Brian was able to successfully renegotiate a new contract for us and we were able purchase our block of land.
