I have written several reviews for this agent, as I keep getting requests to do so. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this agent. Brian Goodgame was acting more for the purchaser even though he was supposed to be acting for me. Everything he told me initially, he backtracked on. He just wanted a quick sale eg the initial add which he placed had renovated unit, only to tell me later that the property needed 100000 renovation done. Also he did not include the gst in his quote for commission. Beware of this agent, there has to be better out there. The Principal of the agency didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge the email I sent him.
